Brilliant product deplorable warranty service

I love this dishwasher. It is very quiet and washes the dishes beautifully. The third upper rack is especially useful. Cycles take much longer than for other dishwashers I have had. The one star rating is for warranty service. We had an issue arise that is covered by the factory warranty. The factory warranty service company is terrible. The only telephone contact number is fully automated with NO human contact possible. The service appointment requires someone home over a whole day 8-5. FOUR times they set up a service appointment only to cancel at 11:00 ON THE DAY OF THE SERVICE. Buy LG and you buy a great product with some of the worst factory warranty service around.

So far so good I like that it has the third rack for utensils and other small items. It cleans the dishes very well but the cycles are a bit long but its fine. I do open the door after the cycle a crack which seems to dry the dishes of any water that may have been left behind from the dry cycle. All in all Im happy with this dishwasher and I really like this brand my

At 46 db this washer is plenty quiet. Still experimenting with different cycles to get the best cleaning on the silver ware.

This dishwasher is so roomy and dishes come out clean no extra washing. I like the quiet operation and ease of loading. It looks very attractive in my kitchen and so glad to have it.

I purchased my LG dishwasher in July. The dishwasher installation was a very easy proccess for DIY. i even set it up with my app for settings and notifications. All was perfect. 6 months afterwards i had a problem draining. I contacted LG support who walked me through some steps to help rectify the issue. It was determined i needed an on site tech. they scheduled the service arrived on time and resolved the issue quickly. The drain hose needed to be replaced. The hose was filled with grease and debris. The tech advised me of great tips of how to preent this occuring in the future which i will definetly do. Thanks LG all good now

Great st cleaning and quiet but I am having trouble starting the dishwasher on anything other Auto wash. Cant figure it out just yet. The instructions say to press start after you close the door. If you have fat fingers forget that. If your counter top is covering the top edge of the door when closed there isnt much room to press that start button. Maybe I need to keep practicing while reading the manual again.

I bought this November 30 delivered December 27. I have had it 2 weeks and now does not have any power what so ever. It does not even turn on. So now I have to wait for LG to fix it. So glad I bought the extended warranty with Home
Depot. I bought 4 appliances for my kitchen. If I could I would return them all.

I bought it back in July. Worked well for a while but stopped about two weeks ago. We have a technician who came 3 times every week. Every time he needed to order another part. He is coming again tomorrow with another part. How many parts need to be replaced for the machine would work again? Maybe its time to replace this machine with a new one? Please check it out and do the right thing asap a while we have a warranty. Thank you

I have had this dishwasher for about a month now after being dishwasher-less for several years. It is wonderful to have a working dishwasher again. Love the third tray on top for silverware. Very roomy for all kinds of dishes glasses pots etc. Love it

I bought this almost a month ago and I absolutely love it. Ive never owned LG appliances before but as of right now I will never use anything else. This dishwasher is easy to use has some really neat features cleans and dries my dishes better than any dishwasher Ive ever used. Its super quiet you hardly even notice its on.

Currently been without a dishwasher since around Dec 10th. We purchased this in the beginning of November and now have to wait till January 6th for someone to be sent from the company warranty to fix it. As we are a house of 9 people this was a huge inconvenience especially over the holiday when we had family and friends scheduled to come overwe ended up canceling dinner and just ordered Chinese foodit was a good product while it worked but for the money there is no reason to have died after less than 2 months Merry Christmas from LG :/

Our old dishwasher stopped working and we needed another one. We have an LG refrigerator and have been pleased with it so we purchased the dishwasher. The one we selected is Wi-Fi ready and has multiple washing features. You should read the manual and where available look at some videos to learn about all the features prior to using it. It cleans well and is very quiet. We are pleased with the purchase.

We purchased our dishwasher roughly 6 months ago. Overall the dishwasher has been great. Its very aesthetically pleasing super quiet and cleans the dishes well. Only concern is that it recently started giving error messages as though the board is going out. Time will tell if this was a good purchase or not.

Bought this dishwasher and like it but miss greatly a feature of the top rack of the last LG dishwasher I owned...the extra mini shelf on the top shelf that allowed me to put measuring cups or spoons too big for the silverware bucket but too small and space stealers for top rack. I would like to buy this part but have looked for it and cant find without replacing the whole top shelf and dont know if the replacement shelf would fit anyway or the part could be added on easily. If anyone knows how I can do this would love to hear from them.

We have had this new model for just over 3 weeks. It does a wonderful job cleaning the toughest jobs.
The 3rd rack holds a large amount of cutlery leaving the lower rack free to take wider dishes where the cutlery basket would normally sit.
The machine is very quiet I have to check the lights to see if it is running.
Very happy with our purchase.

We were looking for a replacement for a Bosch dishwasher that went belly up and needed to find one with the 3rd rack at the top. The new LG was a perfect replacement with an added benefit of the quad-wash arms and steam. We were really surprised at how much more quiet it is than our previous dishwasher which also was quiet.

I chose this dishwasher specifically for its 3rd rack adjustable 2nd rack and low db. It started off so quiet that we didnt know it was even running But after 2 months of use it is quite loud I have no clue what happened. Im very sad because I like this dishwasher.

I love LG products. However Im disappointed that this model does not have a wine glass holder. I wish I would have noticed that when I bought it. Ive already broken a wine glass. The auto wash feature is also louder than Id like. The dish racks are positioned differently.

This Dishwasher has issue with drying dishes I tested several options but none of the setting did a good job drying. Usually dish washer as heater visible but this one does not.

Long story but due to kitchen reconstruction had been without a dishwasher for 6 months until this was finally prepared to be installed. The dishes came out wish a clean feeling that I cant remember from before. Maybe a legacy of too much hand washing but it was awesome. So far so good.

Having issue with build quality of top panel. I saw that in some reviews earlier but ignored thinking that could be one of cases. And it is not one of case. I started seeing cracks on top plastic panel within 2-3 months and of course nothing has hit the panel. And when we tried to raise the request to fix we were told that it is cosmetic issue and not covered under warranty. This is really not good product I think many facing tame issue with this product. It should be recalled and fixed. Otherwise dont see any issue with it only other thing is that the shorter cycle doesnt dryup the dishes well. We have to use high temp and extra dry which takes 3 hours cycle.

We bought this dishwasher as the one we had wasnt cleaning our dishes very well and was very loud when running. I just love the LG dishwasher my dishes are very clean it is very quiet and so many features to choose from. I can do a half a load if I need to or wash a very large load. I has a steam feature to allow you glassware to come out sparkling clean with no stops. Next time you need a dishwasher look for LG and read about the many features they have. You cant go wrong. Oh did I say it is has 10 year warranty.
